Your Challenge

We are seeking a **Systems Administrator** with Windows and MacOS experience to support **Scientific and Technical Intelligence (S&TI) analysis** at the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) in **Suitland, MD** .

Your Mission

You will provide specialized **Cyber Security & IT support** for critical intelligence systems used in parametric modeling, engineering analysis, and foreign material exploitation. This role requires expertise in high-end workstations, advanced graphics, laboratory equipment, security accreditation compliance, data loading and some Cloud administration knowledge .

Primary Responsibilities:

+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within prescribed timelines.

+ Ensure change requests and trouble tickets are properly tracked in Service Now or Remedy AR.

+ Maintain **configuration management** and lifecycle documentation of Mission IT assets.

+ Provide recommendations for software updates and hardware replacements.

+ Support **desktop systems updates, accreditation compliance, and security authorizations.**

+ Assist in risk management frameworks and compliance with ODNI, DIA, DoD, DISA, Navy, NIA, and ONI policies.

What Sets You Apart (Basic Qualifications):

+ Active DoD Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance and ability to obtain polygraph.

+ Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of experience or a Master's degree in a related field and 6+ years of experience. Additional trainings, certifications, or work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

+ Active IAT Level II DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification (e.g., Security+ CE) or the ability to obtain within 30 days from offer acceptance.

+ **5+ years of Windows System Administration experience.**

+ Extensive knowledge of **Windows hardware/software/network** components.

+ Experience with **C&A, DIACAP, RMF, ICD-503, and/or NIST Framework.**

+ Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

+ Expertise in evaluating, installing, and maintaining IT infrastructure.

+ Coordination with technology teams for service and application support.

+ Experience with MS Azure Cloud Administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ 1+ years of experience with MacOS administration.

+ Current MS Azure certification(s).

+ Active DoD TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $80,600.00 - $145,700.00
