Leidos is looking for an exceptional candidate to fill the role of **Service Manager** , tasked with supervising and managing the daily operations of a large partner network. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all contract-related tasks and email communications are addressed within 24 hours, managing and growing partner network, and overseeing end-to-end payment processes, guaranteeing secure and timely transactions across various platforms and payment methods. The candidate must reside in the Maryland/Virginia region and be available to work on-site at one of our DMV office locations.
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Oversee a five-person Service Analyst team.
+ Streamlining workflows, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, minimizing fraud risks, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
+ Cultivate a culture of innovation and promote collaboration across teams and projects.
+ Ensure quality control of all services provided.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree from a currently accredited institution in a related field and a minimum of (12)+ or more years’ experience in: Business Operations, Business Administration, Public Administration, Vocational Rehabilitation, Social Work, Policy and/or Management.
+ Alternatively, a Master's degree with 10+ years of combined experience in business operations and in one or more of the following areas: Business Administration, Public Administration, Vocational Rehabilitation, Social Work, Policy and/or Management.

+ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage and lead multidisciplinary teams, both internal and external.
+ Ability to maintain a clear focus on project objectives and deliverables while navigating challenges.
+ Excellent financial management and budget oversight skills.
+ Ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership, external stakeholders, and customer representatives.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Clearance Required:
+ Must be able to successfully clear a Public Trust background determination during the course of employment.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $112,450.00 - $203,275.00
