Luxury Bath of Texoma is growing fast—and we’re on the lookout for an experienced, driven Sales Manager ready to lead from the front. Based in Dallas, TX, we’re known for delivering high-quality bath remodels backed by expert installation and top-tier customer service.

Your Role:

As our Sales Manager, you won’t just manage a team—you’ll inspire it. You’ll coach, mentor, and lead a group of In-Home Sales Representatives toward achieving big goals. From hands-on training to strategy development, you’ll be the driving force behind our continued growth and success.

What You’ll Do:

+ Oversee and optimize appointment flow from the Inside Sales team

+ Attend in-home sales appointments with team members to guide and train

+ Provide real-time support to close deals and boost team confidence

+ Track and analyze sales performance to exceed targets

+ Step in on cancel-save appointments to turn things around

+ Partner with the rehash manager to revive and close past opportunities

+ Run ongoing training sessions to sharpen skills and boost results

+ Set clear, actionable goals and hold the team accountable for success

+ Ensure client meetings are professional, productive, and personalized

You’ll Also:

+ Show up on time, prepared with materials and samples for every appointment

+ Understand customer needs to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions

+ Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to clarify project scopes

+ Present construction budgets, estimates, and bids with transparency

+ Maintain thorough sales documentation and handoffs for smooth production

+ Communicate clearly with all teams to keep projects moving seamlessly

What You Bring:

+ A proven track record in home improvement sales

+ 2+ years in a sales management or team leadership role

+ A passion for developing talent and driving results

+ Top-notch communication and people skills

+ Comfort using digital tools (iPads, e-contracts, CRM systems)
