Welder Wanted - POSITION SUMMARY

The Welder/Fabrication position requires skillful, efficient, quality custom fabrication within demanding

scheduled time periods.

Must have strong communication & problem-solving skills, be

able to read & interpret printed CAD Drawings and be able to accurately measure, cut and detail materials.

Must be effective with time management and work area organizational skills.

POSITION DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES

• Proficient in various weld processes, GMAW, GTAW.

• Experience welding various materials: Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Titanium.

• Ability to read, understand, and work with engineering drawings.

• Perform simple mathematics, be familiar with fractional and decimal measurements and

effectively use and understand measuring devices.

• Be adept at performing Quality Control on finished products, ensuring that they meet specified

performance standards and tolerances.

• Be detail oriented and have ability to fabricate quality parts/ structures within specified

dimensional tolerances.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and pivot between different projects as

necessary.

• Ability to work well with others and be a team player.

• Be self-motivated, self-starting, and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Experience:

At least 5 years metal fabrication experience

Experience in manufacturing
