The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative **Automation Team Manager t** o lead our enterprise-wide automation initiatives using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and other automation tools. The successful candidate will drive the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of business process automation across the organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our organization through innovative automation solutions. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business efficiency and growth.
This position is located at our business complex in **Oklahoma City.**
Responsibilities:
+ Lead and mentor a team of automation specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
+ Develop and execute a comprehensive automation strategy aligned with business objectives.
+ Oversee the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and related technologies.
+ Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and optimize business processes for automation.
+ Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements in all automation projects.
+ Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver high-quality automation solutions on time and within scope.
+ Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the impact and ROI of automation initiatives.
Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
+ 3+ years in a leadership role.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Change management experience and ability to drive organizational adoption of new technologies.

**Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$73,900 - $155,200
