HealthFitness is looking for a Swim Team Coach to join the Aquatics Team at our client site located in Burlington, WI. In this position, you will provide effective and safe coaching for children participating on our Swim Team program. You will design your coaching style to meet the participant's abilities and goals.

You will be coaching ages 6-18 years old, with some adult classes included. Coaching schedule will vary but will be from early morning hours to evening hours, based on availability and the season.

You will be working approximately 6 hours per week

Minimum Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.

Adult & Child CPR/AED certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute.

Competitive swimming background or competitive coaching experience.

Proficiency in all swim strokes.

Possess ability to provide multisensory instruction: auditory, visual, tactile, kinesthetic.

Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver information clearly, concisely, and timely.

Are highly organized, energetic, and can multi-task.

Ability to travel to away meets.

Ability to use swim meet software and set-up pool for swim meets.

Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Flu vaccination required.

Compensation: $18/hr - $19/hr. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
