    Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

    + High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.

    + Minimum of 3 years experience providing direct care in a behavioral health setting.

    + Must be able to safely operate Carrier Clinic vehicles and transport residents/patients.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

    + Must be able to act with urgency and move 200 lb patient / resident / student with assistance.

    + Must have flexibility to work any shift, as needed.

    Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

    + Associate's degree in health related field.

    Licenses and Certifications Required:

    + Valid Driver's License.

    + AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification or completed in the first 90 days of employment.
