    As our Vice President, Talent Management & Culture, you will be pivotal in helping us shape and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy that aligns with the organization's vision and goals. This strategic leader is responsible for driving transformative initiatives that enhance performance management, foster a dynamic organizational culture, and elevate employee experience. The role involves leading culture programs, including Inclusion and Belonging, recognition, learning and development, and internal communications.

    Here’s what you will experience working as our Vice President, Talent Management & Culture:

    + **Talent Advisor:** You will act as a thought leader, in partnership with HR Business Leaders, to fully understand business talent needs and advise on key talent levers to drive better business outcomes through people.

    + **Performance Management:** You will drive and evolve R1's performance management systems, as needed, to support organizational excellence and employee growth; provide global thought leadership and coordination to drive a globally consistent performance management approach.

    + **Culture Programs:** You will lead strategy and initiatives to foster a culture of inclusion, belonging, and engagement within the organization for remote and in-office employees.

    + **Learning & Development:** You will oversee comprehensive learning and development programs tailored to enhance employees'' skills and career progression; provide global thought leadership and coordination to drive consistent programs where possible.

    + **Internal Communications:** You will manage internal communication strategies to ensure clarity, alignment, and engagement among employees.

    + **AI and Talent Strategy:** You will have the opportunity to utilize your knowledge of AI to drive enhanced processes and outcomes in Talent Management and develop innovative talent strategies that align with the organization's future needs around AI.

    + **Talent Analytics:** You will analyze talent data to inform HR decisions and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.

    + **Budget Management:** You will oversee and manage the Talent Management budget to ensure optimal investment in talent development programs.

    + **System Management:** You will provide global governance and drive configuration decisions for learning, performance, and recognition platforms.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Proven experience in talent management, learning, and culture programs.

    + In-depth knowledge of performance management systems and practices.

    + Strong background in designing and implementing learning and development programs.

    + Exceptional internal communication skills and experience managing communication strategies.

    + Experience in leveraging AI for talent strategy and demonstrated expertise in talent analytics.

    + Excellent leadership and operational skills, with the ability to align and motivate the HR team to deliver on high-impact initiatives.

    + Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership, including consulting and influencing talent strategies that drive results

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.

    + Ability to be onsite at our 333 N. Green Street location in downtown Chicago 2-3 days per week.

     

    For this US-based position, the base pay range is $241,126.51 - $301,408.14 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

     

    This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 30.00%
