As a member of the Navarro Regional Hospital Human Resource team, the Human Resource Generalist makes a significant contribution to the public’s perception of the hospital. The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for the day to day HR administrative operations, excellent customer service to all employees, assist all staff with benefits, manage work related injuries, teach various classes to staff as directed by the HRD, assist staff in a variety of HR related issues, manage HR compliance in regards to staff competencies, certifications and license renewals as well as annual evaluations, track FMLA, and assist the HRD with various projects.
Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience:
Five years of HR related experience.
