Working on Lingo, you will help build a next-generation technology that enables individuals to understand and make decisions about their metabolic health – and help them improve their energy, lose weight or enhance their athletic performance. The Lingo team embodies a start-up culture and mindset with the backing of Abbott, a company with a rich history of healthcare innovation. As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design leadership to define and drive the Lingo product vision and strategy. You will own one of the strategic product pillars, crafting a roadmap of features and guiding them from inception to release. Leading a dedicated product squad of designers, developers and subject matter experts, you will ensure they understand the vision and their roles within the team. The best product vision is only as good as what makes it into the hands of our customers – so you’ll also translate that vision into detailed requirements and stories, manage the backlog, and allocate resources to drive feature delivery. Along the way, you’ll develop an in-depth understanding of the customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas to drive product engagement. + **Decision Making** : Scope and prioritize activities based on customer and business impact. Define and own end-to-end delivery strategy from inception to production.

+ **Resource Management** : Prioritize and manage the backlog, allocate resources to ensure complete and on-time feature delivery. Maintain a backlog 2 to 3 sprints ahead of the team. Perform acceptance testing on every feature before release.

+ **Sprint Planning** : Drive sprint release plans with the scrum master, manage interdependencies across the team, and continuously improve the delivery process.

+ **Stakeholder Engagement** : Meet with stakeholders regularly to review progress and address impediments. Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership attitude while working closely with design and engineering teams.
