Job Purpose** **:
The Marketing Manager II works closely with cross-functional groups to execute marketing plans using a range of media and tactics. This position is responsible for the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that support the Company's business objectives. Assignments may include mass advertising, digital - social media, direct marketing programs, sales enablement, lead generation programs, customer communications, and events, specifically for E-C consumer and business markets.
Essential Functions** **:
80% Execution - Collaborate regularly with cross-functional stakeholders to execute mix of marketing options to drive awareness, engagement and sales conversion for Company's products and services. Manage projects to meet budget targets. Manage the communication, creative and content approval process. Manage day-to-day agency/vendor relationships, timelines, and billing. Ensure brand and message consistency and accuracy. Ensure marketing and communications plans are implemented in a timely manner and accurately reflect all tactical activities and details. Execute marketing plans, tactics, timelines in support of internal and external goals through a range of media, including but not limited to: Mass/Media advertising Digital, Web - Social media Direct marketing programs. Sales collateral and in-store merchandising. Lead generation programs. Current customer communications - retention initiatives In-person, virtual and hybrid events.
20% Cross-functional Support - Participate in cross-functional stakeholder meetings as needed to ensure understanding of products and strategic initiatives. Serve as a resource to team and cross-functional peers.
Education** **:
Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Relevant Work Experience** **:
3 to 5 years in related field
Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** **:
Email/CRM (hubspot, sales force, etc.) experience preferred. Strong oral communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Analytical, planning and process development skills, strong business judgment and high level of initiative. Strong presentation skills. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Work with high level of integrity and professionalism. Effectively manage multiple tasks and functions simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate execution. Knowledge of telecommunications-related business processes and marketing trends.
Supervisory Responsibility** **:
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities
Salary Range - $65k - $91k
