Our growing go-to-market training team at Enverus is seeking a dynamic teacher, coach, and facilitator to lead new hire onboarding and foundational sales training. This role is central to our sales enablement strategy and is responsible for delivering high-impact, instructor-led onboarding sessions, certifying reps in our sales process, and providing targeted coaching that helps new team members ramp quickly and confidently into their roles. The ideal candidate is someone who brings energy to a (virtual or in-person) room, thrives on helping others succeed, and has the instructional presence to make complex sales processes accessible, actionable, and engaging. Performance Objectives
+ Deliver and continuously improve a structured, instructor-led onboarding program that accelerates new hire readiness and drives early success.
+ Act as the primary trainer and facilitator during onboarding sessions, leading interactive modules on prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing techniques.
+ Certify new hires in the Enverus Sales Playbook through live instruction, observed practice, and knowledge assessments.
+ Design and lead role-play scenarios and mock calls to reinforce sales behaviors and improve confidence on the phones.
+ Provide individualized coaching and actionable feedback to both new and tenured reps using recorded calls, live observations, and sales performance data.
+ Ensure completion of onboarding work and certification assessments, holding reps accountable to high standards of learning and participation.
+ Collaborate with sales leadership, RevOps, product marketing, and other stakeholders to keep training content aligned with business goals.
+ Support the adoption and effective usage of sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, Highspot) through onboarding and reinforcement training.
+ Conduct ongoing talent assessments to identify skill gaps and coaching opportunities.
+ Maintain and evolve onboarding content and materials, ensuring they are clear, up to date, and engaging for modern learners.
+ Track and improve onboarding KPIs such as time to first deal, time to ramp, and sales activity conversion rates.
Competitive Candidate Profile
+ 3+ years in a SaaS sales, enablement, or training role.
+ Proven success in a sales organization with direct experience facilitating training and coaching sales professionals.
+ Strong understanding of sales methodologies, the buyer’s journey, and adult learning principles.
+ Skilled in call coaching, behavioral observation, and delivering real-time feedback.
+ Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills—you know how to command attention and spark engagement.
+ Proficiency with sales tools like Salesforce, Clari, call recording platforms, and content management systems.
+ Organized and proactive project manager with the ability to prioritize effectively and execute in a fast-paced environment.
+ Experience developing instructional content in various formats (video, written guides, interactive tools) is a plus.
