We are seeking an experienced Workday Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Core HCM, Security, Prism, and Extend. This role requires a deep understanding of the cross-functional implications of system changes and their impact on user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

+ **Workday Implementation and Optimization:** Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Workday solutions, focusing on Core HCM, Security, Prism, and Extend.

+ **Security Management:** Lead all aspects of the configuration and management of Workday security, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

+ **Custom Solutions:** Develop and implement custom solutions using Workday Extend to meet unique business needs.

+ **User Experience:** Analyze and improve the user experience by understanding the impact of system changes on different user groups.

+ **Collaboration:** Work closely with HR, IT, and other partners to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.

+ **Continuous Improvement:** Stay updated with the latest Workday features and best practices. Proactively find opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.

+ **Data Analytics:** Leverage data analytics to provide insights and recommendations for improving Workday processes and outcomes. Monitor key metrics and report on the effectiveness of the Workday initiatives.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Workday Architect or in a similar role.

+ Expertise in Workday Core HCM, Security, Prism, and Extend.

+ Solid understanding of cross-functional implications of system changes.

+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Workday certifications in HCM, Security, Extend and Prism highly desired
