**Koniag Management Solutions,** a Koniag Government Services company **,** is seeking a Business/Enterprise Architect to support **KMS** and our government customer at Fort Gregg-Adams, Prince George County, VA.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
The individual will be involved in a variety of process mapping and business process reengineering tasks to meet the client objectives. This may include:
+ Developing and maintaining DoD Architectural Framework (DoDAF) or Federal Enterprise Architectural Framework (FEAF) EA compliant architecture artifacts, utilizing architecture modeling tools to ensure integrated architecture.
+ Collaborating with other enterprise architects, systems architects and government leaders to define and document enterprise artifacts and architecture governance structures.
+ Producing detailed EA artifacts (Including process flows, IT physical schema, reports, foundational EA modeling, UAF Framework modeling and integration, capability modeling, data dictionary development, Meta Model development, Function and capability modeling, and documenting requirements).
+ Facilitating meetings with business stakeholders to identify new capability requirements consistency and integration with existing business capabilities, as needed
+ Support government counterparts with the development and maintenance of As-Is and To-Be EA repositories.
+ Analyzing, defining, and documenting detailed process workflows through user interviews, facilitated workshops and subject matter expert engagement.
+ Developing a clear understanding of the core accountabilities within the process. Ensures the focus of activity is concentrated on the highest priority needs of the business.
+ Develop and maintain data-centric architectural views (e.g., DIV-1, DIV-2, and DIV-3) to support mission and business objectives.
+ Analyze, model, and document data relationships, entities, and exchanges across systems to ensure alignment with DOD architecture guidance and DeCA’s data standards.
Qualification:
+ Bachelor’s degree in business or related area.
+ 3-5 years of experience in implementing process improvement and change initiatives with a federal department or agency.
+ Security+ certification desired.
+ Experience using tools to document business processes such as Visio and System Architect
+ Understanding of data architecture approaches such as UML, DODAF, or BPMN.
+ Experience in creating business process flows, SOP, SLAs.
+ Experience creating current and future state processes flows in support for new capability designs or enhancements.
+ Ability to coordinate with solution providers for capability designs, requirements, and workflow.
+ Strong facilitation, analytic, and problem-solving skills.
+ Familiarity with DoD acquisition lifecycles, information security engineering concepts, cloud computing methodologies and/or SOA-enabling technologies.
+ Hybrid work availability at Ft. Gregg-Adams preferred but not essential.
