THE ROLE** **:

The Senior Process Operator is responsible for overseeing and executing daily operations of production equipment and processes to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing. This role involves monitoring process performance, making necessary adjustments, troubleshooting issues, and mentoring junior operators. The Senior Process Operator plays a key role in maintaining operational standards, driving continuous improvement, and supporting production goals.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

+ Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality

+ Read and follow documented processes

+ Check on equipment throughout the shift to ensure equipment is working properly

+ Loads and unloads deliveries to and from regional branches

+ Operate computer to enter necessary documentation

+ Able to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment

+ Contributes to division results and performance

+ Take care of internal and external customer needs and expectations

+ Operate equipment specific to area such as: CARBON: Bag products, samples and test: Manage spent carbon feed to reactivation furnace: Switch tank feed from tank to tank of spent carbon: calibrate PH probes, operate a filter press, run facility wastewater treatment plant REGEN: Sort bottles by size and resin: Operate forklift to move bottles and materials through plant and on/off trucks: evacuates bottles, generating resin batches: fills and quality tests SDI products (process SDI product beginning to end).

**Position Requirements** :

+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Minimum two years of experience in an industrial setting

+ Knowledge of chemicals used in specific process

+ Must complete site specific safety training and operator training

+ Ability to communicate clearly to team members

+ Familiarity with MS Office suites

+ Preferred: some manufacturing/plant experience

+ Preferred: forklift driving

+ Site specific requirements: CARBON: Be able to complete 40-hour hazardous waste operations training

Job postings will include a wide salary range, with each role's pay falling within that range. The starting salary is based on factors such as skills, experience, location, and market conditions

Salary range:

$40,300.00 - $64,500.00
