**Location:** 30 Gauthier Drive, Essex Junction, Vermont, 05452

**Shift & Schedule:** Full-time, N1 Shift – Monday through Wednesday and every other Thursday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

About the Role:

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a dedicated Packaging Supervisor to lead our night shift operations at our Essex Junction facility. This full-time position is responsible for managing the overall operating performance of production, emphasizing safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead and supervise a team of 20+ production employees, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management

+ Maintain a safe work environment with a strong safety culture

+ Ensure consistent product quality and compliance with all regulatory and company standards

+ Oversee process documentation, training programs, and inventory control to support operational excellence

+ Collaborate with Quality Control, Engineering, Maintenance, and Facilities to drive continuous improvements and reduce costs

+ Track and improve shift productivity and efficiency using lean manufacturing principles

+ Conduct timely performance reviews and foster employee development

+ Report food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance issues as needed

+ This is an exempt, salaried position paid on a biweekly basis. Compensation is flexible and determined based on the candidate’s experience

Requirements:

+ High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

+ Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food and beverage

+ Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, pull and visual systems, TQM principles, and data-driven problem solving for continuous improvement

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, with experience in productivity tracking

+ Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred

+ Comfortable delivering group presentations to employees and management

+ Provides clear, timely, and constructive feedback—both positive and corrective
