    Issues Monitoring Analyst Sr

     

    The Issues Monitoring Analyst Sr role supports the Issues Monitoring process by providing oversight and reporting of issue remediation by the First Line of Defense. This role requires a thorough understanding of banking operations, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

    Key Responsibilities and Duties

    + Supports all Lines of Business (LOB) on issues intake, Management Action Plan (MAP), and track/monitor issue remediation.

    + Collaborates with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and all LOBs on identified issues to ensure ratings are accurate and complies with the 2nd Line of Defense Issues Management Framework.

    + Provides guidance to all LOB to ensure adherence and compliance to the 2nd Line of Defense Issues Management Framework.

    + Prepares regular reporting on issue monitoring, remediation, and resolution outcomes for business units and senior management.

    + Identifies any process improvements in 1st Line of Defense Issues Monitoring Process to support 2nd Line of Defense Management Framework.

    + Participates in special projects (i.e., Archer transition, mergers and acquisitions).

    + Supports the comprehensive Client Redress Monitoring Program to identify potential issues affecting bank clients.

    + Provides analysis and reporting on Client Redress.

    Educational Requirements

    + University (Degree) Preferred

    Work Experience

    + 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

    Preferred Qualifications

    + 5+ years of experience developing and implementing an issues management framework.

    + Ability to identify and assess potential problems.

    + Can communicate effectively with stakeholders about issues.

    + Risk Management or Audit experience.
