**Kadiak, LLC** a Koniag Government Services company **,** is seeking an IT/Zero Trust Business Intelligence Analyst to support **Kadiak** and our government customer.This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust. This is a remote opportunity.

The IT/Zero Trust Business Intelligence Analyst serves as a consultant for Zero Trust and enterprise infrastructure service analytics. The position is primarily responsible for developing various metrics and dashboards to measure the quality, performance and effectiveness of Zero Trust and enterprise infrastructure applications and support processes. In addition, the position provides Zero Trust project management support to assist the technical teams with implementation of Zero Trust and infrastructure support applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Coordinate Zero Trust and enterprise infrastructure applications operational analysis to maximize product feature sets.

+ Coordinate with IT Service Management Team to measure and enhance the operational support processes for enterprise infrastructure services and Zero Trust applications.

+ Assist with coordination of enterprise Change Management procedures to enhance overall processes.

+ Collect/analyze data and develop performance analytics, reports and Service Management dashboards to measure the quality of enterprise services. Provide recommendations for service support optimization to federal management.

+ Perform data analysis to identify performance improvement opportunities to include development of enterprise performance-based metrics and reporting.

+ Review data to understand trends and develop insights.

+ Manage projects to support future-state architecture and identify technologies required to successfully implement mandated enterprise Zero Trust concepts.

+ Provide Zero Trust project management support to assist the technical team with delivering senior level technical support for the implementation and maintenance of various Zero Trust solutions.

+ Communicate with stakeholders, identify project goals and scope, and manage project resources.

+ Plan, execute, and supervise projects to meet management’s strategic objectives.

+ Analyze and assess operational security policies to help ensure they align with Zero Trust architecture.

+ Assist operational security technical team in implementing Zero Trust principles across identity, network, device, application, and data layers.

+ Collaborate with other business units to develop Zero Trust transition plans.

+ Support Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and development of process enhancements.

+ Aid in own self-development by being available and receptive to all training made available by the company.

+ Plan daily activities within the guidelines of company policy, job description and supervisor s instruction in such a way as to maximize personal output.

+ Other duties may be assigned.

Must possess extensive experience in the following areas:

+ In-depth experience in Business Intelligence systems, preferred Tableau, Power BI, ServiceNow Performance Analytics, or Cognos (with configuration to ServiceNow).

+ Senior level enterprise application systems administration and extensive experience managing technical projects and a large IT environment.

+ Experience leading the implementation of complex applications with dispersed architecture in a large enterprise environment.

+ Comprehensive experience designing and implementing Zero Trust principles while coordinating projects in collaboration with multiple business units to ensure alignment with Zero Trust directives.

Qualifications:

+ Must possess at least 3 years of experience implementing Zero Trust solutions and performing business intelligence functions in a large enterprise environment.

+ Bachelor s degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college or university is preferred and/or minimum of 5 years’ experience with IT systems administration.

+ Desired certifications: ITIL Foundations, MCSE (Windows Server 2016/2019), MCITP, Security+, CISSP

+ Customer service skills and excellent communication skills (verbal, presentation, and written).

+ Able to obtain public trust security clearance.

+ Adapt to quickly changing priorities.

+ Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft applications.

+ Positive customer service attitude.

+ Proactive approach to problem solving.

+ Successful candidate is subject to a background investigation by the government and must be able to meet the requirements to hold a government security clearance.
