Job Description:

We are seeking a SuccessFactors Architect/Integration Center Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a focus on integration strategy across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SuccessFactors architecture, strong technical knowledge of integration frameworks, and experience in aligning HR technology with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SuccessFactors architecture design and roadmap planning to optimize system performance.

Define and implement integration strategies using SAP Integration Center, APIs, and middleware tools.

Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless data exchange between SuccessFactors and third-party applications.

Design and configure SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, and Learning.

Provide technical leadership on integration best practices, system security, and compliance standards.

Conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance internal expertise in SuccessFactors capabilities.

Perform troubleshooting, performance optimization, and enhancement recommendations.

Stay up to date with SAP SuccessFactors roadmap, release updates, and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

Extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, and integration.

Strong knowledge of SAP Integration Center, OData APIs, and middleware platforms (SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.).

Familiarity with HR business processes, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and integration workflows.

Experience in data migration, security protocols, and role-based permissions in SuccessFactors.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

SAP SuccessFactors certifications in relevant modules (preferred).

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is Hourly rate $100.00/hour to $110.00/Hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
