Stew’s earned its nickname, the “Disneyland of Dairy Stores” because of its country-fair atmosphere, with costumed characters and animated entertainment throughout the store that keep children entertained while parents shop.

     

    Recycling Clerk

     

    Part Time Hourly – Estimated pay range $ 16.50 - $17.50 depending on qualifications and experience

     

    Must be at least 18 years and older

    Position Description:

    The Recycling Clerk coordinates the collection, sorting, and disposal of trash and recyclable materials.

    Your day-to-day:

    + Collect trash from each department and move it to the trash dock

    + Separate trash from recyclable material and dispose of trash in the trash compactor and recyclable material into the cardboard baler

    + Remove bale from cardboard baler and move to trailer

    + Keep outside area of compactor clean to prevent infestations

    + Adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations

    + Assist in other duties, as assigned

    Qualifications:

    + Entry level position; no prior experience required

    + Great customer service

    + Good oral communication

    Working Conditions:

    + Position requires walking, bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 25 pounds
