Quality Assurance Engineer-Onsite Position
We have a rewarding position for a **_Quality Assurance Engineer_** at our **_Santa Clarita, CA_** facility.
As our Quality Engineer you will design, implement and maintain quality assurance protocols and methods for processing materials into partially finished or finished products. You will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality and regulatory standards requirements for worldwide distribution.
**Salary Range:** $82,200.00 - $109,600.00 per year

Your Challenge:
+ Develop, apply and revise quality standards for receiving, in-process and final inspection in accordance with company and contractual requirements.
+ Perform analysis of reports and production data to identify trends and recommend updates or changes to quality standards and procedures when necessary.
+ Design methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of production processes, production equipment and finished products.
+ Review and evaluate in-process rejections, obtains disposition and implements corrective action as needed.
+ May interface with customers, vendors and various company departments to resolve quality problems and provide information.
+ Participate in audits.
+ Provide technical support to inspection personnel as needed.
+ May prepare and provide product assurance documentation as required by customer programs.
+ Perform analysis of reports and production data to identify trends and recommend updates or changes to quality standards and procedures when necessary.
+ May assure compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards (i.e. GLP, GMP, ISO, Six Sigma).
What You Bring:
+ 3-4 years experience quality assurance background with 1 year system related functions.
+ Internal lead auditor certification; LEAN/Six Sigma green belt certification.
