    Job Description:

    Highland Hospital is seeking a Patient Registration Associate to work at our Red Creek Cardiology office. Hours will be Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm.

     

    Responsible for the daily administrative support to the surgeon(s) at Highland Hospital within the Department of Surgery. Maintains an efficient schedule for the surgeons and effectively communicates with patients, other providers and staff to promote high quality patient care and excellent customer service. He/she follows established center policies and procedures and demonstrates the ICare values.

    Salary Range:

    $19.50- $25.77 an hour

Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations_

    Job Requirements:

    1. Education: AAS or diploma or certificate in Medical Secretary Science; or equivalent experience required.

    2. Experience: 2-3 years in medical office setting with competency in use of computer and Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel.).

    3. License/Certification Required: NA

    4. Skills: Must be familiar with medical software systems
