    The Opportunity

     

    We are seeking a Return on Investment and Total Cost of Ownership Specialist to join the ROI & TCO Services Team. This individual will be responsible for processing Account Teams’ requests for ROI & TCO analysis in relation to their ongoing Sales Opportunities, to aid the Account Team in managing customer conversations and deal positioning during the Sales Opportunities’ life cycle. The ROI and TCO Specialist will process these analyses in line with a standard service framework and tooling, ensuring each request is met with a completed ROI & TCO pack, containing the analysis calculation document with standard outputs and supplemental business value proposal materials based on these outputs.

     

    About the Team

     

    The ROI & TCO Team sits within the Deal Solutions organization, aligned with our Bid & Proposal Management Team, and specializes in helping Account Teams support customers in evaluating and optimizing investments into Nutanix Solutions, ensuring the business value of the Nutanix solution is compared with that of the customers’ existing solution, allowing prospects and customers to make informed decisions when considering Nutanix proposals, maximize returns and manage costs effectively as they migrate to Nutanix.

    Your Role

    • In the ROI & TCO team, you will find yourself in a fast-paced environment with exposure to individuals across the globe while working within SLAs (service level agreements) to meet business requirements directly impacting our deal velocity and effectiveness.

    • You will be expected to manage your workload through limited supervision while escalating high priority issues to the appropriate teams and points of contact.

    • Work with Account Teams to evaluate whether the Opportunity at hand qualifies to be handled by the ROI & TCO Team.

    • Guide Account Teams through collecting required inputs from their customers and prospects using a standard data collection form to ensure all expectations and requirements for the ROI & TCO calculation are met.

    • Produce ROI & TCO packs using a standardized approach with little deviation margin, ensuring the service is available for a high-volume of Opportunities, and has a shorter turn-around-time to complete, without foregoing the quality and integrity of the service.

    • You will have opportunities to learn and develop your skills, staying close to a high-achieving, successful, Worldwide Sales organization.

    What You Will Bring

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

    • 3-5 years experience in Software Technology or Consultancy business.

    • Proven business acumen gained through experience.

    • Experience in financial analysis, preferably in technology or solutions-based environment.

    • Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools, particularly advanced MS Excel knowledge.

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.

    Work Arrangement

     

    Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.

     

    The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USA $ 92,000 and USA $ 184,800 per year.

     

    However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

     

    If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
