Farmer Brother’s is in the middle of a huge business transformation journey. It’s all about execution. We are looking for a passionate, self-driven, hands on JDE expert focusing on the supply chain, sales & distribution, and financial areas. This role will be responsible for planning, organization, management, design, delivery, maintenance, and support of the JD Edwards applications, and its related systems (DSI, EDI). This person will collaborate with internal customers, other IT teams, manage external vendors working towards a continuous improvement culture. A strong technical background, problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach are key for success in this role.

Responsibilities

+ Lead JDE application development, support, and functional work for Supply Chain, Distribution, Finance, and other business units to deliver a best in class customer experience.

+ Manage and oversee day to day operations and provide leadership, and direction for the JD Edwards (JDE) platform including development/implementation, training, policies, and deployment support.

+ Partner with PMO office to effectively deliver new capabilities in JDE and related applications.

+ Lead, manage SLAs, deliverables and scope of work from the third party JDE Managed Services provider and other vendors.

+ Define and manage expectations around SLAs with business partners, and handle escalations in a timely manner.

+ Proactively define and maintain standards to eliminate technical debt.

+ Team leadership, coaching and development of others.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

+ **Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, Engineering, or a related discipline. Advanced degree preferred.**

+ **At least 7 years of experience in JD Edwards (Supply Chain, Distribution, Financials on version 9.2.x or later)**

+ **Proficiency with SQL or equivalent DBMS language is required.**

+ **Techno Functional expertise in the areas of Supply Chain, Distribution, Financials**

+ **Experience with EDI**

+ **Experience with DSI or similar WMS tool**

+ **Experience with AP and/or AR automations is a plus**

+ **Experience with JD Edwards Orchestrator is a plus.**

To account for cost-of-living differences, we apply location-based salary adjustments. Employees working in higher-cost cities may receive a geographical pay premium, which is determined based on market data and local economic factors.
