Head of eCommerce, Timberland Americas
What will you do?
This role oversees the production of marketing materials, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively, while also managing the team responsible for creating and deploying these materials.
You will be responsible for overseeing marketing production, team leadership, project management, vendor management, quality control, communication and collaboration, budget management and data analysis.
**_What you will do_** :
+ Oversee the digital strategy for the Americas business, including concept development, planning, and implementing digital initiatives to achieve financial plan and long-term strategies
+ Drive the execution of business strategies with key digital partners, eCommerce, and Social Media platforms to establish a transformational business model that instills a consumer-minded, retail-centric, and hyper-digital approach
+ Drive product strategies in partnership with merchandising, planning, and buying to map opportunities based on historical results and current trends to maximize financial results (sales, margin, contribution, inventory turns)
+ Lead and develop a high-performing digital team by instilling a rigorous performance management process, clear communication of the strategic direction, and direct and continual feedback. Provide opportunities for development to grow the team's skill set and talents
+ Be an expert in the digital space to identify new technologies and trends.

What do you need to succeed?
We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundational skills you’ll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 10-12 years of progressive experience in digital/eCommerce, with five years of managerial experience
The foundational skills you will need in this position are:
+ You are a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with individuals at all levels
+ Strong interpersonal skills and success in working cross-functionally to achieve results
+ The ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and demonstrate flexibility, understanding, and problem-solving skills
+ Impactful communication skills across all levels of the organization
+ Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
+ A proven ability to lead and develop successful teams
+ Proficient PC skills
+ The ability to travel domestically up to 20 percent of the time.
+ There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.

Hiring Range** **:
$145,600.00 USD - $182,000.00 USD annually
**Incentive Potential** : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
