    About the job:

    We’re seeking a motivated **Supply Chain Logistics Supervisor** to lead daily operations and oversee staff in a healthcare setting. This role supports department management, ensures high service levels, and helps implement supply chain optimization strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead and support logistics operations at one or more sites

    + Supervise staff scheduling, payroll, and performance management

    + Maintain strong relationships with clinical and departmental leaders

    + Partner with regional leaders to optimize inventory and improve margins

    + Support hiring, training, and compliance with policies and regulations

    Work Environment:

    + Mostly indoor, non-clinical setting with occasional travel between 2 hospitals

    + May involve lifting up to 30 lbs and extended computer use

    + Requires adaptability, attention to detail, and PPE compliance

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Associate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent healthcare Supply Chain experience.

    + 1-3 years verifiable, Supply Chain-related experience in a progressive work environment.

    + Experience in supply chain/logistics, preferably in healthcare

    + ​Strong knowledge of ERP and inventory systems

    + Ability to manage teams and work in a fast-paced environment
