    Description

    The Operations Specialist is responsible for the movement of all solar projects from contract signing to installation. An ideal candidate for the Operations Specialist will be oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team to attain installation schedule based on goals set by management. The candidate must be able to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    + Corporate liaison between local and corporate operations, local sales teams.

    + Accountable for goals set by management.

    + Monitor project pipeline, actively and pro-actively work with Operations Department and Sales Team in order to meet project deadlines.

    + Attend Sales and Operations Meetings.

    Qualifications & Experience

    + Proficient in multiple forms of communication.

    + Proficient organizational and time management skills.

    + Strong decision making and problem solving.

    + Ability to work with a team and also independently.

    + Ability to work effectively with multiple departments.

    + Maintain a high level of attention to detail.

    + Computer Literacy (Adobe PDF, Microsoft Office).

    + Customer Service Experience (1 Year Required).

    + Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM preferred.

    + Prior solar experience a plus.

    + Prior Project Management experience a plus.
