    ## **Job Summary**

    This intermediate level position performs routine aspects of engineering assignments under general supervision and guidance in order to provide technical and specialized solutions to petrotechnical engineering challenges\.

    ## **Job Duties & Responsibilities**

    + Support the Production team in maintaining and optimizing gas production while managing lifting costs effectively

    + Identify unique solutions to reduce reoccurring downtime events to maximize production

    + Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations

    + Participate in Process Hazard Analyses \(PHAs\), Risk Assessments, and Root Cause Analyses \(RCAs\) to drive continuous improvement in facility design and operation

    + Participate in pre\-startup safety reviews for new and modified facilities to ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and alignment with industry and company standards

    + Conduct Manage Management of Change \(MOC\) processes for any facility modifications

    + Contribute to the company’s emissions reduction initiatives in support of its Net Zero goals

    + Collaborate with the Asset Integrity team to ensure equipment is maintained in safe and efficient working condition

    + Deliver field\-level engineering support for pilot projects, new technology evaluations, and operational trials

    + Provide engineering support to other departments, including Drilling, Completions, Water, and others as needed

    + Performs other duties as assigned

    ## **Job Specific Skills**

    + Familiarity with artificial lift systems, with hands\-on experience in plunger lift operations, compressors, and cap string applications

    + Understanding of engineering principles and their practical application in the oil and gas industry, including design, equipment, techniques, and production processes

    + Proficient in conducting economic evaluations to identify and assess production optimization opportunities

    + Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to apply logical problem\-solving methods to develop effective solutions

    + Working knowledge of unconventional resource development, particularly in tight gas reservoirs

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams

    + Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and focus on high\-impact activities that drive operational value

    ## **Education**

    Minimum: One of the following:

    Bachelor’s degree \- from accredited university \- Engineering from an ABET Engineering Accreditation Commission \(EAC\) program, or

     

    Professional Engineer \(PE\) license, or

     

    Master’s degree \- from accredited university \- Master’s of Engineering degree from a program in which the correlating Bachelor’s degree is accredited by the ABET EAC

    ## **Experience**

    Minimum: 2 \- 5 years related work experience

    Candidates must reside or be willing to relocate within a 50\-mile radius of the Sayre Field Office \(14 Chesapeake Lane, Sayre, PA 18840\) to be considered for this position\.
