Your primary goal will be to build hotel occupancy and revenue, achieving both personal and hotel revenue targets. You'll also be responsible for the management and results of a Market Sales Executive, two Group Sales Executives, and Hotel Sales Coordinators. On average, about 70% of your time will be spent on client-facing sales activities, with the remaining 30% devoted to leadership. What You'll Be Doing: Drive Revenue: Generate business-to-business opportunities to increase hotel occupancy and revenue. Lead Sales Team: Directly supervise, coach, and develop a Market Sales Executive, two Group Sales Executives, and Coordinators. Strategic Market Management: Develop and execute sales strategies Build Relationships: Cultivate new business and nurture existing accounts. Analyze Performance: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales data. Sales Process Ownership: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and proposals to contract negotiation and CRM documentation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including Revenue Management, and other sales executives to maximize market share. Deliver Presentations: Create and deliver professional presentations to clients and prospects. Ensure Excellence: Maintain high service standards and contribute to a positive, safe work environment. What We're Looking For: Education: Four-year college degree preferred, especially in sales and marketing. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality with a group sales background. Prior leadership experience or completion of a company leadership development program is preferred. Rise. Shine. Work Happy.
