**_Schedule:_** Days, Afternoons, Evening and overnight available. Weekday and Weekends - 37.5 hours per week. Plus 4 weeks of PTO your first year.

_What You Will Do:_

+ Assist persons served with daily living activities, as well as engage in activities such as arts, crafts, and games

+ Provide support with shopping, doctor's appointments, etc.

+ Medication administration, documentation, and appointment summaries

+ Be a champion and advocate for persons served achievements and personal goals

_Minimum Qualifications:_

+ High School Diploma/Equivalent

+ Valid Driver License and ability to drive an organization vehicle

+ Act 33/34/73 Clearances, Pre-Employment Drug Screen, Physical/TB

+ Must successfully pass Department of Public Welfare Medication Training within **90 days** of employment
