Description:
Reporting to the Practice Coordinator, Cath Lab, this position is responsible for performing a wide variety of specialized invasive cardiac electrophysiology (EP) diagnostic and therapeutic procedures that assist in the diagnosis, management and treatment of cardiovascular disease.
Requirements
1. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
2. Two (2) years of work experience as a Cardiac Electrophysiology (EP) Technologist or four (4) years working in a Cath Lab with experience in performing EP cases.
3. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is required.
4. Valid Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification or California Radiology Tech (CRT) certification is required.
5. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is required within one (1) year of hire into position.
6. Working knowledge of basic physics, anatomy/physiology, biology, math, Basic Arrhythmia and Advanced Cardiac Arrhythmia is required.
Pay Range
$43.01 - $60.21
