JOB SUMMARY

+ Coordinate the medical staff quality assessment and improvement processes for Saint Joseph Health System (SJHS). Ensures the identification, resolution and reporting of compliance-related issues and advancement of medical staff quality and peer review.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND CORE COMPETENCIES

+ **Education:** RN required. Bachelors preferred. Degree in a healthcare or business-related field.

+ **Licensure:** RN with experience or some clinical expertise is required highly desirable.

+ **Experience:** Three years healthcare experience required with clinically related hospital experience
