    Responsibilities

    Mayo Clinic Health System in Austin, MN, is seeking a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to join a collegial department. You may expect a busy practice in a physician led, financially stable organization committed to both high quality patient care and patient satisfaction.

    Practice highlights:

    + You will join 3 OB GYN physicians, 2 Nurse Practitioners, 1 Nurse Midwife

    + 1:5 Call – comp day after call day

    + Call is supplemented by regional/laborist OB/GYNs and supplemental OB GYNs

    + Approximately 625 births and 230 surgical cases annually

    + Level 1 well new birth nursery

    + Collaborative relationship with Family Medicine

    + NPs & CNM supports OB and GYN clinic patients

    + High risk transferred to Rochester at <34 weeks o Level II NICU

    Compensation Detail

     

    The minimum starting salary for Surgical specialties may range from $290,000 to $830,500. This range reflects full-time total base compensation prior to consideration of additional experience or duties. Pay for the selected candidate will vary based on specialty, experience, FTE, internal equity, or external market data.
