Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $225,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year; 30-35% of production

Expected hours: 32 – 42 per week

Schedule:

+ 8 hour shift

+ Monday to Friday

+ Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:

+ Bonus opportunities

+ Wisconsin Dental License or are a 4th year Dental Student (Required)

+ DDS or DMD
