Job Description

An Employer is seeking a D365 Functional Technical Analyst to join their team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a direct-hire opportunity at a global chemical manufacturing company, and this individual will be the primary contact for the Dynamics 365 application suite. They will be essential for the effective implementation, customization, and maintenance of our CRM, Customer Portal, and Sales Reporting systems. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Gathering requirements by collaboration with business stakeholders, analyzing requirements for 365 CRM customization.

Configuration and customization of D365 CRM to meet business requirements, implementing and maintaining workflow rules, validation rules, and user roles.

Integrating D365 across other enterprise applications, ensuring data flow is seamless between CRM & ERP (D365 F&O)

Management of Data, oversee data migrations, data cleansing, data quality aligned to D365

Planning and execution of D365 testing, i.e., unit testing, integration testing, UAT. Collaborate with the SQA team for reliability and performance.

End user support, through training, developing, and delivering EU training programs for D365 CRM. Providing ongoing support and addressing issues to increase efficiency and ensure effective system utilization.

Create and continue to maintain comprehensive documentation of all system activities such as configurations, customizations, integrations. Document

This role involves analyzing, designing, implementing, training, and maintaining the CRM solution to meet the needs of the business in both a functional and technical compacity. The ideal candidate will have a background operating as a hybrid functional and technical analyst, specializing in D365 CRM and its ERP counterpart, D365 F&O. In past roles, they will have supported D365 in an environment that drives revenue through product-based sales and they have previously integrated Dynamics CRM with an ERP system, such as Dynamics F&O.

Skills and Requirements

3-5 years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 CRM (DCRM), supporting & delivering end-to-end solutions across multiple business units in an organization.

Prior experience & expertise as a DCRM functional analyst. Build rapport with users at all levels of the organizational hierarchy, translate business needs into functional specifications & technical requirements to design a solution.

Prior experience as a DCRM technical analyst. Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM and D365 F&O, as well as experience integrating Dynamics CRM with an ERP (D365 F&O preferred)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional communication, experience working on cross-functional teams, and translating technical requirements to non-technical business users. Previous experience working with Sales and Marketing teams/management required. Company/industry experience: a company that drives revenue from a product vs. a service

Working knowledge of SQL, other DBs like MS Access

Experience with: PowerApps, PowerBI null
