Job Description
The Ad Infrastructure team is looking for a seasoned Data Software Engineer to help build and scale our data processing platforms.
Project Outline: Moving Data from AWS/EKS(Kubernetes) into Databricks platform.

Skills and Requirements
Must be strong in the following areas:
- Moving from EKS infrastructure into Databricks
- Data processing frameworks: Apache Airflow, Spark, Flink.
- Experience with MWAA - Amazon Managed Workflows for Apache Airflow
- 2 plus years designing and operating Big Data/Databricks environments at scale on AWS, including performance tuning and securing workloads.
- Local to a Disney hub: LA/SF/Seattle/NYC - working PST hours 3 to 4 days onsite - AWS Certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).
- Familiarity with all three: Airflow, Spark, and Flink.
- Experience operating service mesh technologies like Istio.
- Experience running Spark or Flink workloads on Databricks. null
