Job Description
- Provide troubleshooting, training, and support to users by phone, remotely, or on-site
- Resolve issues like password resets, drive mapping, and printer mapping
- Follow standard procedures for responding to and documenting ITSM ticket requests via ServiceNow

Skills and Requirements
- 1+ year(s) of experience working directly with end-users/customers and troubleshooting in an IT environment
- Experience with Microsoft 365 applications, Windows operating systems
- Experience working with PC's, printer's, and other hardware for repair and troubleshooting null
