Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Associate - 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have dependability, a team-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Associate - 2nd Shift

**Location:** Birmingham, AL

**Pay Range:** $16.50 per hour

**Schedule:** Monday - Friday 3:40 PM - 12:10 AM

What's the Job?

+ Perform weigh-up or packaging duties within the production department.

+ Ensure the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost while meeting customer specifications.

+ Set up and start weigh-up or packaging machinery, checking all controls for adherence to operating/safety procedures.

+ Safely process, package, and maintain materials according to customer specifications.

+ Complete and maintain required paperwork and documents while following all safety and work rules.

What's Needed?

+ High School diploma, GED, or equivalent training & experience.

+ Work experience in an industrial operations environment preferred.

+ Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.

+ Mathematical skills to perform basic calculations and conversions.

+ Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
