    Our client, a leader in the logistics industry, is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Lead Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Last Mile department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Warehouse Supervisor

    **Location:** Loxley, AL

    **Pay Range:** $18 per hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assign work and monitor group activities to ensure productivity.

    + Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational, and maintenance procedures.

    + Oversee the usage of equipment and ensure adherence to safety procedures.

    + Handle inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation.

    + Assist with resolving problems to maximize associate productivity.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 4 years of warehouse experience.

    + Experience in a supervisory role.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Solid math skills and analytical ability.
