    The Microsoft 365 Advisor leads the design and

    implementation of Microsoft 365 services, ensuring alignment with business

    goals, security standards, and user experience expectations. This role involves

    strategic planning, technical leadership, and hands-on configuration of Microsoft

    365 tools such as Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and

    security/compliance features.

    Responsibilities:

    + Designand implement Microsoft 365 architecture and services across the enterprise.

    + Leadtechnical strategy for collaboration, communication, and productivity tools.

    + Ensuresecurity, compliance, and governance of Microsoft 365 environments.

    + Collaboratewith business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

    + Automatetasks using PowerShell and integrate services via Graph API.

    + Monitorand optimize performance, usage, and cost of Microsoft 365 services.

    + Providetechnical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.

    + Designingconceptual architecture and technical solutions that leverage the mostinnovative Microsoft technologies.

    + Providingin-depth technical understanding across the Microsoft 365 platform andsupporting IT, Security and Business as a Subject Matter Expert.

    + Explainingcritical decisions made around costs, security, privacy, and user experience.

    What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

    + Deepexpertise in Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint,OneDrive, Intune, Power Platform, Defender, Purview, and Entra.

    + Technicalskills in PowerShell, Graph API, Intune Management, Purview, and Defender.

    + Experiencewith cloud security, compliance, and data protection (e.g., DLP, eDiscovery).

    + Provenexperience in the management of a Microsoft 365 tenant.

    + Expertisein Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and security compliance.

    + Exceptionalcommunication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.

    + Provenexperience in the implementation and management of Microsoft 365 Services.within an enterprise tenant.

    + Abilityto design conceptual architecture and technical solutions across Microsofttechnologies.

    + Abilityto provide technical leadership and support designs and solutions across Microsofttechnologies.

    + Excellentdata analytics experience.

    + Consistently prioritizes safety and securityof self, others, and personal data.

    + Embraces diverse people, thinking, andstyles.

    + Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or highschool equivalency.

    + Is at least 18 years of age and hasauthorization to work in the United States.

    What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

    + 8–10+years of IT experience, with at least 3–5 years in Microsoft 365 architectureor engineering roles.

    + Airlineor travel related business experience.
