    Job Description

    Lead all external audit processes, including preparation of client-prepared schedules for quarterly reviews, annual audit and SOX 404 testing, and maintenance of financial reporting process documentation.

     

    Analyze data to identify and interpret trends; make recommendations for improvements to the necessary business areas.

     

    Participate in and/or lead special projects (e.g. implementation/maintenance of new accounting standards and/or systems) and meetings.

     

    Select, lead, manage and engage a team of salaried associates who perform the accounting, reconciliation, and reporting functions.
