Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Wastewater Engineer to support an industry leading environmental engineering firm specializing in planning, designing and constructing water and wastewater facilities in San Diego, CA. This individual will be responsible for supporting project initiatives through supporting design and construction of the wastewater systems (pipelines/infrastructure components ).

Responsibilities will include:

Plans, schedules, and conducts engineering work on projects of various sizes

Responsible for budget, schedule, contractual obligations and quality standards

Works on engineering designs, prepare reports, develop plans, prepare specifications, and prepares cost estimates for various water projects

Prepares technical memoranda, reports and electronic deliverables; data entry and analysis, and working through the construction phase on the projects

Supervise or coordinate the work of staff engineers, drafters, technicians, and others who assist in specific assignments

Skills and Requirements

- 6-10 years of Water/Wastewater Engineering

- Experience focus on water transmission/distribution, water storage, and/or groundwater wells

- Previous Demonstrated experience in all project phases from design to construction

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

Registered Professional Engineer or E.I.T with ability to obtain within six months null
