Schedule:

+ Alternate Work Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts (4 days, 40 hours)

+ **Optional overtime** available on Fridays and after 10 hours per day

**Compensation:** $19.00 – $20.00 per hour

About the Role

We’re hiring an experienced **welder** to join a growing, family-owned manufacturing team in Fresno. This position is perfect for a **welder** with at least **2 years of MIG welding experience** who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

This is not an entry-level position. We’re seeking a **welder** who can read blueprints, maintain high standards, and thrive in a production environment that values quality, safety, and consistency.

Enjoy a consistent **4-day work week** and the option for overtime on Fridays.

Responsibilities

+ Perform MIG welding on steel components with precision and consistency

+ Set up and operate welding equipment in line with job specifications

+ Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings

+ Assemble and secure components to meet tolerances during welding

+ Perform visual inspections to ensure quality welds

+ Communicate any equipment or quality concerns to your supervisor

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications

+ **Minimum 2 years of experience** as a welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting

+ Proficiency in MIG welding; TIG or stick welding experience is a plus

+ Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documents

+ Experience with aluminum and stainless steel is preferred

+ Strong attention to detail and safety

+ Welding certification is a plus but not required

Compensation & Benefits

+ $19.00 – $20.00 per hour

+ 4-day workweek: Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts (no Fridays required unless working overtime)
