    A small Law firm in Trevose- Feasterville, PA is seeking a Corporate Attorney to join their team. As a Corporate Attorney, you will be part of a dynamic legal department supporting various businesses in technology, healthcare, and emerging-growth sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

    **Job Title:** Corporate Attorney

    **Pay Range:** $60-75/HR W2 - depending on experience

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Provide legal counsel on entity formation and corporate governance matters.

    + Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance and protect client interests.

    + Advise on labor and employment issues, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.

    + Assist in financing and venture capital deals, including due diligence and documentation.

    + Support mergers and acquisitions, litigation, intellectual property law, and real estate law matters.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Doctorate Degree in Law (J.D.) from an accredited institution.

    + Proven experience as a corporate attorney or in a similar legal role.

    + Strong understanding of corporate law, contracts, and compliance regulations.

    + Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
