Our client, a leader in providing top-tier fire training structures, is seeking an Industrial Metal Assembler / Fabricator to join their team. As an Industrial Metal Assembler / Fabricator, you will be part of the fabrication assembly team supporting the construction of modular steel buildings. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Metal Modular Building Assembly / Fabricator

**Location:** Grandview, MO

**Pay Range:** $20-25 per hour

**Shift:** Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: 6:00AM-6:30PM. (30 min unpaid lunch). (Work 36-paid - 40 hours!)

What's the Job?

+ Perform hands-on fabrication and assembly of modular steel buildings, ensuring all components meet project specifications and quality standards.

+ Follow OSHA standards and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

+ Operate fabrication tools and heavy machinery, including forklifts and power tools, effectively and safely.

+ Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings related to steel structures and modular buildings.

+ Conduct regular inspections of your work to ensure high-quality output and address any challenges in the assembly process.

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in metal fabrication, assembly, or related fields.

+ Proficiency in operating heavy equipment and power tools.

+ Basic math and measurement skills for precision in fabrication tasks.

+ Ability to lift and handle materials, with frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds.

+ High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in construction or safety are a plus.
