Our client, a leading provider in the automotive industry, is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join their team. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting customer engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to engage with customers, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Call Center Specialist I
**Location:** Burnsville, MN
**Pay Range:** $17.70/hr, $18.80/hr (Bilingual in French/Spanish)
**Schedule:** Three different schedules available:
- Sunday (8AM - 5PM), Monday - Thursday (11AM - 8PM)
- Tuesday - Friday (9AM - 6PM), Saturday (8AM - 5PM)
- Monday - Friday (11AM - 8PM)
**Position Type:** 3-6 Month Contract-to-Hire (Long-term)
What's the Job?
+ Respond to incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information about the BMW Performance Center Driving School Programs and Events.
+ Book customers for BMW Driving School Programs using a web-based reservation system.
+ Track customer waitlists, voucher verification requests, and refund approval requests using a web-based CRM platform.
+ Maintain accurate customer records and notes in respective systems to support the program.
+ Research and resolve customer questions and issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
+ Process tickets using a web based system to escalate customer issues as needed
What's Needed?
+ Minimum of High School Diploma/GED.
+ 0-2 years of experience working in a call center environment.
+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
