    **Job Title: Sales-** Lead Specialist - Sales

    **Location** : Hybrid (Hartford, WI)

    **Salary:** $20 to $25

     

    Hours 8am to 5pm some flex with start time

     

    Our client, is seeking a Lead Specialist. As a Lead Specialist, you will be part of the Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be able to identify potential leads , nurture relationships , and ensure smooth transition through the sales funnel with excellent communication which will align successfully in the organization.

    Pay Range: $20 to $25

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Assess and prioritize incoming leads based on predefined criteria

    + Proactively reach out to leads via phone, email, and other communication channels to gather additional information

    + Develop and maintain strong relationships with leads by providing relevant information, addressing concerns, and keeping them engaged

    + Accurately record all interactions and updates in the CRM system

    + Provide weekly progress reports on lead acquisition, lead nurturing and conversion.

    + **Acquire New Leads**

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in lead qualification or nurturing.

    + Experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce.com.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Strong organizational and time management abilities.

    + High level of attention to detail and accuracy
