    Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry, is seeking an IT Resolution Specialist to join their team. As an IT Resolution Specialist, you will be part of the IT department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** IT Resolution Specialist

    **Location:** Byhalia, MS. ONSITE

    **Pay Range:** $33.00 per hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Lead and support IT system issue resolution related to DSCSA compliance.

    + Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA).

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including global IT, customers, suppliers, and site operations.

    + Manage and resolve tickets related to shipment discrepancies, data errors, and system failures.

    + Engage in project leadership and independently drive resolution initiatives.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

    + Minimum 3 years of IT resolution experience, preferably in pharma or medical device industries.

    + Experience with DSCSA or pharma supply chain/distribution.

    + Familiarity with coding concepts (no hands-on coding required).

    + Ability to work independently and lead small-scale projects.
