Our client, a leading organization in the sales industry, is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join their team. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be part of the Sales Operations department supporting the Sales Leadership team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Sales Operations Analyst

**Location:** Remote

**Pay Range:** $42 hourly

What's the Job?

+ Measure, analyze, and report results to support informed, fact-based business decisions that drive improved performance across the sales organization.

+ Perform ad hoc analysis for major sales initiatives, identifying trends and synthesizing results.

+ Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations teams to understand business and sales challenges.

+ Develop and report consistent assessments of historical performance.

+ Build and implement sales analytics and business intelligence tools to enhance selling strategies.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.

+ 3 to 4 years of experience in analytics, preferably in a high-performing sales environment.

+ Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Salesforce.com.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
