    Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician Lvl II to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician Lvl II, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the operational efficiency of the facility. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

     

    **Job Title:** Maintenance Technician Lvl II

    **Location:** Indianapolis, IN

    **Pay Range:** $32.92 per hour during training, $33.42 per hour after training

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Ensure the plant facility systems are maintained operational and identify necessary repairs.

    + Work independently on machinery troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.

    + Assist in preventative maintenance on various equipment and systems.

    + Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and manuals for effective repairs.

    + Maintain records and inventories while keeping an orderly work area.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Must have a 2-year technical degree in a related field or equivalent on-the-job experience.

    + High level of machine troubleshooting ability in a manufacturing environment.

    + Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with minimal supervision required.

    + Ability to design, build, construct, troubleshoot, and maintain machinery.

    + Must be a motivated team player with a commitment to safety and quality.
